Asked for a pump to fit the 1/2 gal. jar of Biotone. It came at a reasonable lenght of time, but the pump cover was & is too small. Called Cust. Ser. & told she would have to review the tel. tape, & would call back. She did & stated the Biotone is too THICK for any pump. Money for the pump and shipping would be credited to American Express. I ho[e this occurs sooner than later. Thank you, Patricia Woods-you have my phone # if further discussion is warranted. Poor rating because the pump doesn't fit-the product is fantastic-love it.
